Introduction

Hydra Therapeutics Gender Equality Plan (GEP) outlines our commitment to creating a workplace that promotes gender equality on multiple levels. Our GEP follows the recommendations of Horizon Europe content-related requirements and the minimal obligatory process-related requirements, thus demonstrating our commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment.

Regulatory Framework

Our GEP endorses and safeguards every strategy dedicated to promoting gender equality at Hydra Therapeutics, aligned with our Strategic Design and Project Management activities. It complies with Greek and European legislation and supports initiatives aimed at advancing women's and men's rights in the workplace, preventing discrimination, employing individuals with special needs, providing gender equality training, preventing gender-based harassment, and emphasizing corporate social responsibility.

Objectives The Hydra Therapeutics GEP operates on eight objectives:
